For this first dish, we will be making Pan-Fried Cod with Slaw. You will need the following ingredients:

With these ingredients, lets get started:

  1. Prepare the slaw by mmixing the may, vinegar, mustard, sugar, caraway seeds, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and pepper to taste in a large bowl.
  2. Toss in the cabbage, carrot, apple, along with the scallions
  3. Cover and refrigerate this.
  4. To prepare the fish, mix the egg and milk in a bowl
  5. Add the fish(cod) and wait for it to soak
  6. Meanwhile, mix the flour, cracker meal, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt onto a plate
  7. Heat 1 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  8. Take out the fish from the milk mixture and put it into the flour mixture
  9. Turn the fish around and sort of coat the fish in the flour mixture
  10. Fry the fish in the oil that should be hot by now
  11. Do this until golden, as each side should take around 2-4 minutes
  12. Drain the oil by covering it with a paper towl
  13. Season with salt and pepper if you want
  14. Eat with the slaw and some extra mustard

For this next dish, we will be making Lobster Mac and Cheese. You will need the following ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Drizzle oil onto large boiling salted water
  3. Add pasta and cook. Abide by the directions on the package
  4. Drain the pasta well
  5. With this, hea tthe milk in a saucepan, but don't quite boil it
  6. Melt 6 tbspoons of butter
  7. Add flour with the butter
  8. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes
  9. Occasionally stir it with a whisk
  10. While whisking, add the milk and cook for a minute or two
  11. Do this until thick and smooth
  12. Off the heat and add the Gruyere, Cheddar, 1 tablespoon salt, pepper, and nutmeg
  13. Add cooked macaroni and lobster, and stir well
  14. Place mixture in 6 to 8 different dishes
  15. Melt the rest of the butter
  16. Combine with fresh bread crumbs, and sprike on the top
  17. Bake for 30-35 minutes/sauce is bubbly and macaroni is browned.
